4. Tour Bookings & Payments

When you book a tour or make a purchase through HAGG+:

• Your booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and the tour operator or producer
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all stated fees unless otherwise noted.
• Cancellation policies vary by tour operator and are displayed at the time of booking. Please review cancellation terms before confirming your reservation.
• Changes to bookings are subject to availability and the operator's policy

5. Marketplace

The HAGG+ marketplace connects buyers with producers and suppliers. HAGG+ acts as a platform intermediary and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Product listings, pricing, and availability are determined by individual sellers. HAGG+ does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

6. User Content

By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Service, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant HAGG+ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Are solely responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HAGG+ and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAGG+, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HAGG+ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HAGG+ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
